I'm Here!!

Hello world! I have finally done what I have promised myself I would do for over a year now...create a blog. When I first came up with the desire to write a blog, I was going to document the days of my pregnancy. The good, the bad and the down right nasty (LOL) but I never logged into blogger and started typing. Once the 9+ months passed by, I said to myself, "Let's document Nasir's Life through a blog!"...clearly that didn't happen. That brings me to where I am now. This time, I decided to do a blog because I need somewhere to release my thoughts, my successes and my challenges. I will write about my life as a wife and a mother who is currently a doctoral candidate wishing to create health equity for the planet...simple right? lol

You may or may not decide to read this blog, but that is ok. I am actually doing this for me...that makes me feel great!
